Production Administrator A busy Dover, NH company is seeking a Production Administrator for their team! This full-time, first-shift role is responsible for entering and updating production data for use by all personnel. Responsibilities of the Production Administrator

  • Enter and update data into various systems
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
  • Track documents received and completion dates
  • Assist and train employees
  • Run and distribute reports
  • Create back up files
  • Assist with light reception duties as required

Qualifications of the Production Administrator

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Team player with a professional demeanor
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic reading, math, and computer skills
  • Organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiar with Pantone colors
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

The Production Administrator works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Pay depends on experience, up to $18/hour.
